were purchased. In Europe returns are usually in the form of store
credit or exchanges only, no refunds. Please be advised that, considering
International transit times, returns could be difficult within the
allowed timeframe (typically from 8 to 30 days depending on the retailer)
We always select and inspect our purchases very carefully, but should your item be defective of course we will always work with you to have it replaced. Please note that all shipping costs and service fees are non-refundable.
